About the Position: 

OBO is one of North America's top monday.com partners we are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Monday.com Consultant to join our team. As a Monday.com Consultant, you will be responsible for working closely with our clients to understand their project requirements, provide expert guidance, and implement effective solutions using the Monday.com platform. This role requires excellent client-facing capabilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to efficiently manage and implement projects.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements and understand their business processes.

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on utilizing the features and functionalities of the Monday.com platform.

  • Configure, customize and implement Monday.com to meet client's specific needs and objectives.

  • Conduct training sessions for clients, enabling them to effectively use and maximize the benefits of Monday.com.

  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation process.

  • Continuously stay updated with the latest features and updates of the Monday.com platform.

Position Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of business process mapping and strategy.

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to understand client requirements and provide effective solutions.

  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Monday.com, including creating workflows, automations, and integrations.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Light coding experience or desire to learn (Python, etc.)

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them within deadlines.

  • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Monday.com Consultant or in a similar role, implementing Monday.com projects.

  • Certification in Monday.com or similar project management tools.
  • Experience in training and conducting workshops for clients.
  • Familiarity with other project management software and tools.
